Normally a easy 4* grab I really like this chain and this location. Today was a big thumbs up for hot fries but not so much for the burger, shame it was still so good, I missed the opportunity to complain.

Food was excellent but had to repeat order three times and even then it ended up being wrong. Glad we caught it before we got too far away and there was no apology whatsoever either.

That Hardee's seem very unprofessional in there service practices. I would be surprised if that was there policy. I don't trust there food preparation any more because of how they act towards customer service. It makes me a little sad because I really like Hardee's menu. I use to be okay with them when I would go through the drive thru but every since I dined in I saw what was really going on with there food prep.
